Welcome to the Ocean Ridge Master Association (ORMA) web site. This site is brought to you by the ORMA Communications Committee. Our mission is to maintain a communications link that provides all members with information from ORMA and its partners at Ocean Ridge and to facilitate a sense of community among all members.

Ocean Ridge Plantation (ORP) is located in the southwestern portion of Brunswick County in North Carolina, seven miles from the South Carolina border. ORP is a gated residential community of 2,500 acres, laced with lakes, woodlands, a plantation house with pool, outdoor amenity center and intertwined with four (5th under construction) golf courses. There are currently 1,730 property owners, 400 completed homes and 45 under construction. When fully developed this number will grow to 3,000.
